What is the Habit Deep Dive?

This is a 2.5 hour personalized intensive Zoom session with Me, a Behavior Science and Health and Wellness Professional, where you and I work on TWO of your biggest challenges in life. You will choose a behavior you want to change, or habit you want to learn, then we will discuss your goals, values, take a look at your environment, and create an Action Plan with solutions backed by science.
