What is 1:1 Coaching?

This is private, personalized, coaching for those who are looking to improve their ADHD education and build long term habits towards success. During this coaching you receive frequent support as you move through your habit change and self discovery journey, allowing you to learn consistency through frequent access to a coach.
It takes time to build a habit, and studies have shown that outside accountability increases the likelihood of reaching a goal, and decreases the likelihood of rebounding to old habits. 

You have a choice of working with me for 12 weeks, 24 weeks, or 48 weeks. 

Your package includes:

  • Intro Assessment 

  • Specialized Plan

  • Education/Resources 

  • Environmental Assessment

  • Habit/Lifestyle/Mindset Coaching

  • Weekly 45min-1 hour Zoom Check-in

  • Once a week body doubling sessions (2.5 hours)

  • 24/6 text & voice access via WhatsApp
